Ventr Labs Inc. is a company in Vancouver, British Columbia. We build rushproof, confirmed emergency dispatch for property management firms. When a resident calls after hours, the rushproof desk answers within two seconds, says it is automated, and asks what is happening. Fire, gas, an injury or someone trapped: the caller is told to call 9-1-1 first. A leak: the desk rings the firm's own plumbers, in the firm's order, until one presses 1 to take the job. No heat, no power or a security problem: it rings the firm's on-call manager. Every call is written down and never recorded, and in the morning the office opens one record of the night.
